Designed to incorporate a customized nutritional and fitness program, my Soul Therapy program teaches you how to meditate and connect with your Higher Self so you can move beyond any limiting beliefs. Soul Therapy will optimize you both physically and spiritually along your journey of self discovery.

Why Soul Therapy?

Soul Therapy was developed to help you create positive habits for living a healthy day to day life. With an unbreakable mindset gained through general wellness we can begin to explore any discomforting feelings, thoughts, and repressed memories you have stored in your subconscious mind in an effort to move passed them with optimism.

How Does Guided Meditation Work?

You have the easy part… relax, focus on your breathing, and I’ll ask the right questions at the right time.

Once comfortable and relaxed we’ll begin to explore any discomforting feelings, thoughts, and memories that might have been suppressed from your conscious mind due to a traumatic response. As your coach, I serve as a tour guide while we examine your subconscious mind for the answers to questions you have.

What Happens During a Meditation Session?

Clients are guided in to a peaceful state in which they experience a profound state of relaxation, concentration, and self awareness. A calm environment will help a client to achieve inner discovery, healing, and/or stress relief. Clients are consciously remembering and participating throughout the guided meditation experience.
